A Bounce midsole gives the Terrex Folgian Hiker Mid GTX a high level of energy return, giving you amazing ease of movement and a smooth ride over difficult terrain. The Continental™ rubber outsole increases traction no matter how wet or rocky the road is, while the EVA sole cage adds stability.
The Terrex Folgian Hiker Mid GTX’s upper blends a mesh design with TPU reinforcements in the toecap and heel for optimal support. A lace closure adds grip on the instep, while a Cloudfoam sockliner repels sweat and smooths the ride even more. This edition also uses a GORE-TEX® layer for near-total waterproofing.
Built for long-distance comfort and support in rugged terrain, these trail shoes feature a wider fit and a stretch upper that adapts to your foot throughout the day. A Bounce midsole delivers energy with every step while a mid cut and enhanced side-to-side stability offer confidence on uneven ground. I walked 10 km in a 0 degrees temperature outside. It was very comfortable and warm. Adidas is usually very fashionable compared to the classical brands. Liked this a lot!

Tested the day I received them over 26km in a storm. They are waterproof, flexible, light but you feel confident. The grip is very good whatever the terrain (Belgian Ardennes for my test and therefore alternation of forests, rocks, streams, ...) Top buy to replace my "old boots" which weighed a ton!
