Built with an EPS foam core, the Crag Sender forms a safe protective cage around your head with increased density in the front, side, and back panels. Trapezoidal vents on the sides and an integrated air channel help keep your head ventilated and cool on even the most challenging climbs. The Kevlar-reinforced shell on the outside gives you total ruggedness, certified by Mammut´s extensive safety test checks.
On the inside, the abundant moulded foam provides extra cushioning. A front headlamp clip keeps your way always lit, while a fully adjustable chin strap provides a customizable, comfortable fit.
An extremely light and highly ventilated climbing helmet offering top-class protection: Crag Sender Helmet. With a lightweight outer shell and protective EPS foam. A Kevlar reinforcement provides support at critical areas. The result is an extremely light but protective construction. Its special shape covers a large area of the head. Well the helmet itself almost do not expand - maybe for couple of mm if you apply force. Anyway - if the helmet does not fit you and you need to expand it in order to put it on it for sure will be very uncomfortable and safety will be compromised as well! So look at the available sizes and choose accordingly! Owerall this is a very comfortable helmet btw!
