Product description Petzl Dual Connect Adjust Lanyard

The DUAL CONNECT ADJUST lanyard is a double positioning lanyard with one fixed arm and one adjustable arm. The adjustable arm can be set to the ideal length for rappel maneuvers, on multi-pitch routes, in mountaineering, or when moving along a fixed line in canyoning. The ADJUST rope adjuster’s ergonomic shape offers simple, quick adjustment.

Features:

- Double positioning lanyard with one fixed arm and one adjustable arm, ideal for rappel maneuvers when canyoning, multi-pitch climbing and mountaineering
- Moving along a fixed line: ability to have the fixed arm and adjustable arm of the same length to facilitate progression
- The ADJUST rope adjuster’s ergonomic shape makes it easy to manipulate for quick, precise adjustment of the adjustable arm:
- 45 cm fixed arm
- 15 to 95 cm adjustable arm
- The connector is held in position by a rubber ring, to facilitate clipping
- Dynamic rope lanyard, to reduce the force transmitted to the user in the event of a short fall (1)
- Used with two locking carabiners of the SPIRIT SCREW-LOCK type
- Attaches to the belay loop of the harness with a girth hitch

Petzl, as always, is on top of both convenience and quality. It is very convenient that the length of the mustache varies. From the comments, when you hang on a long mustache, it is very easy to shorten it, but it is very difficult to lengthen it, it is quite comfortable without a load. I recommend this product.

It is extremely comfortable and I think more secure than a deisy chain, currently I use it with a BD carabiner on the adjustable rope and a triple-lock Edelrid on the fixed rope, the edelrid goes in a bit tight but works quite well

It's a good adjustable lanyard that runs smoother than the one we can build with Kong's Slyde plate. However, its price is high, which can only be justified by said smooth regulation feature (especially when shortening it, not so much when lengthening it).

Good evening, I´m using them with Petzl´s Vertigo, which are automatic. But I´ve also used it with H-type carabiners and it works perfectly. I suggest Petzl´s William.
