Our Energy Snack Original was our very first energy bar. It was very important for us in product development to make an energy bar that had a good energy source, was easy to swallow and that tasted fantastic.

Our Energy Snack became so popular that we later developed two other flavours (Cocoa and Cranberries). Our energy bar can be used before, during or after training.  

Our Energy Snack has a relatively high content of vegetable fat, since we often burn combine carbohydrates and fats when performing over long distances.

The main ingredient is 45% oats, which provide a good carbohydrate base with both fibre and whole grains. Golden syrup consisting of simple carbohydrates provides the finishing touch.
