Can-sb Vertical buffer tank for toilets

CAN-SB Vertical Buffer Tank for Marine Toilets | Enhanced Onboard Sanitation

Elevate the comfort and efficiency of your vessel’s sanitation system with the CAN-SB Vertical Buffer Tank, an essential component for any modern marine toilet installation. Designed specifically for the unique challenges of the marine environment, this buffer tank acts as a crucial intermediary between your toilet and the main blackwater holding tank, delivering a superior onboard experience by tackling common issues like odor backflow and inefficient pumping. Say goodbye to unpleasant smells in the cabin and enjoy a quieter, more reliable marine head.

The primary benefit of integrating this vertical buffer tank is the significant improvement in odor control. By creating an air gap and a physical separation, it effectively isolates the toilet bowl from the gases and odors emanating from the larger holding tank. This ensures your boat’s interior remains fresh and pleasant for you, your family, and your guests. It is an indispensable upgrade for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort, especially during extended cruises or when living aboard.

Engineered for optimal performance, the CAN-SB buffer tank enhances the functionality of your electric or manual marine toilet. It serves as a small, localized collection point, allowing the toilet´s macerator pump to operate in shorter, more effective cycles. This reduces strain on the pump motor, minimizes noise during operation, and helps prevent potential blockages by ensuring a consolidated, powerful discharge to the main holding tank, even if it´s located far from the head. This optimized process not only improves day-to-day reliability but can also extend the service life of your entire sanitation system.

One of its most significant design advantages is the space-saving vertical orientation. Floor space is a precious commodity on any boat, from a compact sailboat to a spacious motor yacht. The CAN-SB Vertical Buffer Tank is intelligently designed to be mounted on a bulkhead or in a narrow vertical locker, utilizing otherwise unused space and freeing up valuable square footage in the head compartment or bilge. This clever configuration makes it an ideal solution for both new boat builds and retrofitting projects where optimizing layout is a key priority.

Installation is streamlined thanks to its thoughtful design. The tank comes equipped with pre-configured inlet and outlet ports, sized to match standard marine sanitation hosing for a straightforward and secure connection. This simplifies the plumbing process, reducing installation time and potential for errors. The unit is also provisioned to accommodate level sensors (sold separately), allowing for easy integration with your vessel’s monitoring systems so you can keep track of waste levels with confidence.

Choose the CAN-SB Vertical Buffer Tank to build a smarter, cleaner, and more dependable sanitation system on your boat. It is the professional’s choice for upgrading any marine head, offering a practical and highly effective solution to ensure every journey is defined by comfort and reliability, not by plumbing concerns
