The SilverCreek range is growing and welcomes a newcomer: SilverCreek X LT. This reel was designed to search for trout and small predators with lures.
Born with the LT (light and resistant) concept, the reel has a Zaion V carbon body that increases its resistance while reducing its weight. It´s also equipped with the arched Air Rotor GS5 concept, as well as a hollow aluminum Air Ball pick-up rim to help save weight and provide smooth rotation. Limits are pushed here thanks to the latest version of the Tough Digigear control wheel, the unique rotation power obtained extends the life of the reel.
Finally, the longcast ABS aluminum spool has an optimized lip that allows precise launches thanks to reduced friction.

Super cool spinning reel. Not only does it look great, it also keeps what it promises. Great soft run, front brake very finely adjustable. Cord retraction top. Line winding very evenly. I am very convinced of this model. Just great.

Each manufacturer's reels have evolved year by year, and especially regarding "lightening", remarkable things can be seen in products. Also, the basic "storage of thread" will evolve depending on the application, such as the size of the spool. The "Silver Creek" I purchased this time is no exception. It's a pity that this series is shrinking and disappearing.
A fine reel with fine tolerances

I was looking for a shallow spool 2500 daiwa reel. With the screw in handle there is a tighter spin and finer tolerances than the regal.
