Unlock Your Boat´s Full Potential

Experience a new level of command over your vessel. The primary benefit of the HARKEN Tiller Extension is the ability to position your body weight optimally. By allowing you to hike out further and with more confidence, you can effectively flatten the boat, increase righting moment, and maintain a higher speed, especially when sailing upwind. This improved boat balance translates directly into better performance and a significant advantage on the racecourse. As a crucial component in our range of sailing hardware and Extenders, this tiller extension is built to the exacting standards that have made HARKEN a world leader in the sailing industry.

Unmatched Control and Featherlight Strength

Feel a direct and immediate response from your rudder. The HARKEN Tiller Extension provides the exceptional stiffness needed for precise, minute steering adjustments, while its robust universal joint allows for smooth, fluid movement through every tack and jibe. On a small boat, every ounce matters. HARKEN has engineered this tiller extension with a relentless focus on achieving the maximum strength-to-weight ratio. The result is a featherlight yet incredibly durable piece of equipment that enhances performance without adding cumbersome weight, ensuring your boat remains nimble and quick to accelerate.

The simple and lightweight design has no unnecessary frills—every aspect contributes to its strength, stiffness, or comfort.

The universal joint and nonslip foam grip are UV-protected and perfect for full dagger-grip and fingertip steering.
