Mikado Braid Removal

MIKADO Braid Removal Tool

Achieve the pinnacle of rig-making perfection with the MIKADO Braid Removal tool, the ultimate accessory for the discerning angler. Designed specifically for creating flawless and highly effective carp rigs, this essential piece of fishing equipment eliminates the guesswork and frustration associated with preparing coated braids. If you demand precision, consistency, and superior presentation in your angling, this tool is a non-negotiable addition to your tackle box. Say goodbye to inconsistent stripping with your fingernails or teeth, which can damage the delicate inner core of your hooklink and compromise its strength. This professional-grade tool ensures a clean, perfect separation every single time, giving you the confidence that your rig will perform exactly as intended when it matters most.

The genius of this device lies in its straightforward and effective operation. It is a handy tool that allows to remove the outer layer from braids covered with a stiffening coating. Invaluable for carp rig making. Just place a piece of a braid in the inlet and pull it between the blades that will detach the coating from the soft core. This process creates the perfect "hinge" in combi-rigs and other sophisticated presentations, enhancing the rig´s mechanics and dramatically increasing your hooking potential. The precision stripping action protects the supple inner braid, maintaining its full strength and flexibility for a natural bait movement that wary carp find irresistible.

Key Benefits:

* Unmatched Precision: Consistently removes the outer coating to the exact length required, creating perfect hinges and supple sections for advanced rig mechanics.
* Enhanced Rig Performance: By creating clean transitions, it allows for more natural bait presentation and improves the turning and hooking efficiency of your rigs.
* Protects Your Hooklink: Prevents damage to the soft inner braid core that can occur with manual stripping methods, ensuring your rig´s integrity and strength are never compromised.
* Time-Saving Efficiency: Dramatically speeds up the rig-tying process, allowing you to prepare multiple high-quality rigs quickly and efficiently, whether at home or on the bank.
* Compact & Portable: Its small, lightweight design means it takes up minimal space in your tackle box, making it the perfect companion for any fishing session.
