NUOVA RADE Drain Socket With Captive Plug 20 mm

Ensure your vessel remains dry, safe, and impeccably maintained with the NUOVA RADE Drain Socket with Captive Plug. As a crucial component in our Boats and equipment category, this high-quality plumbing fitting is engineered to provide a reliable and permanent solution for water drainage on any boat. Say goodbye to the frustration and potential hazards of misplaced drain plugs; this intelligently designed socket keeps the plug securely attached at all times, offering you complete peace of mind whether you´re navigating rough seas or docked at the marina.

Designed for the demanding marine environment, this drain socket delivers unwavering performance. Its primary benefit lies in the innovative captive plug system. The plug is tethered to the socket, eliminating the risk of it being lost overboard or misplaced in a storage locker. This simple yet critical feature ensures you can always seal or open the drain on demand, preventing unwanted water ingress and protecting your boat´s interior, equipment, and structural integrity. The robust construction guarantees longevity, offering exceptional resistance to saltwater, harsh UV rays, and common chemicals, ensuring it won´t degrade or become brittle over time.

The NUOVA RADE Drain Socket is engineered for efficient and rapid water evacuation. Its smooth internal bore facilitates a high flow rate, making it ideal for draining cockpits, splash wells, livewells, and storage compartments quickly. The plug provides a positive, watertight seal when engaged, preventing any backflow and keeping compartments dry when they need to be. Its low-profile, round flange allows for a clean, flush-mount installation on decks or bulkheads, minimizing tripping hazards and integrating seamlessly with your boat´s aesthetics.
