Product description of Railblaza Starport Support

Description summary

Enhance the stability of your mounted accessories with the RAILBLAZA StarPort Support. This crucial component is engineered for boaters and kayakers who utilize accessories that exert significant force, such as camera booms or long rod holders. It strengthens your existing mount by spreading the pressure across a larger surface, thereby preventing deck flex and safeguarding your vessel from damage. This significantly improves the steadiness and weight-bearing capability of your StarPort, StarPort HD, or SidePort. You can confidently attach heavier equipment, assured that your setup is both secure and protected

RAILBLAZA StarPort Support

Enhance the strength and rigidity of your on-deck installations with the RAILBLAZA StarPort Support. This essential piece of deck equipment is the ultimate solution for boaters, kayakers, and anglers who demand unwavering stability for their mounted accessories. When using long or heavy items like camera booms, extended rod holders, or outriggers, the StarPort Support provides the crucial reinforcement needed to prevent your mounting surface from flexing under load, ensuring your gear stays secure and your vessel remains protected.

The StarPort Support is ingeniously designed to distribute the load from a single point of contact over a much wider area. This significantly increases the rigidity of the entire installation, giving you the confidence to mount heavier equipment without worrying about potential damage or instability. It is the perfect upgrade for any RAILBLAZA StarPort, StarPort HD, or SidePort mount, offering peace of mind during heavy-duty applications on the water.

Key Benefits:

* Increased Load Capacity: Dramatically strengthens your StarPort mount, allowing you to securely use longer and heavier accessories that exert significant leverage.
* Eliminates Surface Flex: By distributing the force across a larger footprint, the support prevents the mounting surface—whether it´s a kayak deck, boat gunnel, or inflatable tube—from bending or flexing under stress.
* Protects Your Investment: Safeguards your vessel´s surface from the strain and potential damage caused by high-leverage accessories, preserving the integrity and value of your boat or kayak.
* Versatile Compatibility: Seamlessly integrates with the most popular RAILBLAZA mounts, including the StarPort, StarPort HD, and SidePort, making it a versatile addition to your existing setup.
* Simple Installation: Can be easily retrofitted to an existing StarPort installation or included in a new one, with all necessary fasteners provided for a straightforward and secure fit.

Main Features:

* A low-profile design that fits discreetly between the StarPort mount and the mounting surface for a clean, integrated look.
* Engineered to provide a solid, stable platform that supports the full range of RAILBLAZA accessories.
* Features a central aperture for the StarPort and four corner fastening points for maximum stability and load distribution.
* Supplied as a complete kit with a comprehensive selection of stainless steel fasteners to suit a variety of mounting surfaces and applications.

Technical Specifications:

* RAILBLAZA Part Number: 03-4157-11
* Supports: RAILBLAZA StarPort, StarPort HD, and SidePort mounts
* Dimensions (L x W x H): 90mm (3.5 in) x 52mm (2.0 in) x 10mm (0.4 in)
