Perfect grip on tarmac, very stable on high speed, absorbs most of the small bumps on the road's surface, so your palms stays in comfort. Just bought two of these 700x28 plus 2 latex tubes. Honestly, these tires are more than great, they are fast, excellent grip and the rolling resistance is drastically reduced compared to what I put on bike before. As for puncture, time will tell but after reviewing on the internet, they are suppose to be higher than average on this front. Only annoying thing was the delivery time (for Canada), I waited for a month before delivery...

They will fit but will bulge outwards and not be particularly aero or a good profile for the rim. The 25c version would be a better fit.

I think with that internal rim width, you´d be able to get away with either 25 or 28. You´ll likely be more aero optimized with the 25s, but the 28s will be much more comfortable. Depends on what your preference is!
