Love these tyres. Fitted them to a 29” eMTB which had Maxxis Akon on them, these work much better for an urban/street use, low rolling resistance and durable tyre. One slight issue is that they collect and flick small stones

Tires look amazing. Am changing out the Maxxis Forecaster knobbies for these. Most of my riding is sidewalks, parking lots and occasional bike paths in Florida. No mud where I ride. Just pavement and sandy trails which I think these tires are going to accel at. I also like to ride longer distances 10 to 20 miles and wanted a quieter and faster tire. The 2.5 is a little larger than my 2.3 but doubt I'll notice. Have not mounted them yet. Oh best part was I bought from Bike Inn as price with shipping was so much cheaper. Only took 10 days from Spain to Florida. Tires arrived in perfect condition. This is the second set of tires I purchased from BI both were good experience. Note: You will get your first tracking update ,within a day that basically states they are processing your parcel. I never received another update ,so give it 10 to 15 days for orders the US before you call or contact them.

Previously had Bontragger stock MTB tires that came with my Trek X-Caliber 7. I commute 16k/daily on urban streets in Japan. Been rolling on them for about a month, and I really like them! Obviously, much smoother and quieter on asphalt than standard MTB tires. I'd def recommend them if you ride street and want something fast, yet tactile and smooth.
