I have used the 25mm & 28mm Power cups for the last few years across 2 road bikes. Very happy with these tyres. Recently got a new set of reserve wheels with 25mm internal ID. Been using the 28's on the reserve without issue, but erto guidelines suggest a 29mm tyre for 25mm internal, so giving the 30mm power cups a go
