You can use inner tubes with any tubeless tyre. Standard (butyl rubber) inner tubes, TPU tyubes or lightweight latex tubes will work fine. But you won't get any of the advantages of running tubeless, like the weight saving, better ride quality and the self-sealing of small punctures. Make sure you're not paying a price premium over a non-tubeless tyre of comparable quality. Schwalbe usually make tubeless and non-tubeless versions of the same tyre, typically with a 25% price uplift for the tubeless version.

You can indeed put an inner tube in a tubeless tire. A 30mm tire, for example, will fit a 25-30mm inner tube. However, I don´t understand why you would want to do that. Tubeless tires are stiffer, so harder to get onto your wheel. I think they´re also more expensive. So buy a non-tubeless tire if you prefer to ride with an inner tube. I only put an inner tube in a tubeless tire as a last resort if the sealant doesn´t work when I get a puncture and the tire isn´t worn out yet.

Je kan in een tubeless buitenband inderdaad een binnenband steken. In een 30mm band past bv een binnenband van 25-30mm. Ik begrijp echter niet waarom je dat zou willen doen. Tubeless banden zijn stugger, dus moeilijker om op je wiel te krijgen. Ik denk dat ze ook duurder zijn. Dus koop een niet tubeless buitenbamd als je met binnenband verkiest te rijden. Ik steek een binnenband alleen in een tubeless buitenband als noodoplossing indien de sealant niet werkt wanneer ik lek rij en de buitenband nog niet versleten is.
