Despite the fact that the tires have hardly any tread, the grip on uneven surfaces is surprisingly good. Even roots, stones and mud are doable. This is not least due to the width. They also run fairly smoothly on asphalt. I definitely recommend the tires!

Functionality on asphalt

Hello: I have an EMTB that I use exclusively on asphalt, and I´m thinking about putting faster tires on it for this purpose. I have 622-47 Vittoria Terrain Zero tires in my car. Will they improve my bike´s road riding? Will it hold up well in the caves on asphalt?

I put them on my Scott Spark. I´ve ridden them for about 5,000 km on asphalt and dirt roads in Europe and haven´t had any problems. Traveling with two panniers in the front and two in the back.
