The Osprey Talon 44L backpack has a total capacity of 50 liters where you will have availability to carry all the mountain equipment that you require on an excursion for a week, and it is also comfortable for walking and offers breathability and waterproof protection, so it avoids your items from getting wet in unforeseen rain.
This mountain backpack is made with recycled nylon, which is a durable and resistant to wear material, that makes it ideal on technical terrains, and the waterproof treatment is responsible for guaranteeing that your items inside keep dry. It features an AirScape back with EVA foam that offers a comfortable and soft fit. The shoulder straps and lumbar belt are padded and breathable and they are made with BioStretch technology that facilitates mobility.
Its design includes removable straps for the sleeping bag, access for the main compartment with a zippered mesh pocket on the top and hook closure, anti-scratch closure pockets for sunglasses and electronic devices, a frontal pocket, and a zippered pocket in the lumbar belt that also comes padded. This 50l backpack incorporates external access to hydration pocket, a sternum strap with emergency whistle, side compression straps, reflective details, and hooks for two piolets and poles.
The Talon is the perfect choice whether you are going to crown peaks or if you prefer to do a bike route.
This lightweight backpack includes a body-hugging, breathable AirScape ™ backrest and shoulder straps and hipbelt that wrap around the body to accompany your movements.

As said, it looks, this backpack hits the right spot for those who wants a single backpack both for light journeys and multi-day hikes. It is pretty lightweight and well organized. I like the top compartment being separate from the backpack, so you can carry some extra stuff, rope for example. Big side and back pockets, comfortable lumbar belt. I may regret that I haven't got a red color, but in blue it looks beautiful as well. Osprey does good and quality products.

It's light and fairly scalable. I bought it for multi-day hikes and it is performing really well. It has loads of convenient features which make doing things on the move easier. Because of the scalability it still feels suitable if you set up a base camp and go out for day hikes from there.
