I was forced to buy this type of harness to be able to climb further after surgery on the spine in the lumbar section - the operated place cannot be exposed to overload. In general, it fulfills its functions, there are no overlays on the thigh straps (a bit uncomfortable when you hang for a long time) and width adjustment, you can only adjust the thigh and shoulder straps. In general, I recommend it - when inadvisable pressure on the abdomen or L/S section of the spine.
