Designed for long-distance use, the Alptrek 38 is a comfortable trekking pack made of lightweight, very abrasion-resistant nylon with a fully-adjustable carrying system and a 38-litre capacity, plus the ability to add an extra five litres of volume via the height-adjustable lid compartment that can be detached to use separately as a bag with its inside strap. Our easy-adjust Dry Back Custom carrying system has an adjustable back length plus anatomically-shaped, padded shoulder straps and hipbelt for an individualised women-specific fit. In addition, load lifter straps ensure optimal back fit over long distances, while the pre-shaped hipfin guarantees a snug fit and good load transfer to your hips. Large storage pockets provide plenty of room for spare clothing or your tent poles and there’s dual (front and top) access to the main compartment for fast and easy gear retrieval. And for rapid access to important items en route, the on-the-go pockets are easy to reach without having to remove the pack from your back. With a hydration system exit, ice-pick/ trekking pole attachment, rope fastener, load control and side compression straps. This pack is also compatible with the Salewa flask holder. Further features include: raincover, practical removable bungee to attach additional gear and lower attachment straps for your sleeping mat. Our lightweight women’s 38-litre Alptrek pack offers high carrying comfort and effective ventilation for multi-day alpine trekking.

This is my first real backpack! I am completely delighted. It is lightweight and functional. On the side, in front of the side pockets, there are two zippers: one leads to the main compartment, and the second opens the front pocket. The valve is completely removed. There is also a pocket on the inside of the valve, where it is convenient to fold documents. Nice big raincoat. The materials are quality. Hope the bag lasts a long time. Definitely recommend!

I bought two backpacks from this reference, one for a woman and one for a man, they adapt perfectly to each of us. My caveat is for the colors. I bought the gray with pink, for me, the color is true to the image. The gray with orange, which I bought for men, does not correspond to the real color. The orange is pink, that is, the color difference between the two backpacks is in the greys, one with darker grays and the other with lighter greys, the details are pink. We haven´t used the backpacks yet but from the tests we´ve done at home it´s light, adjustable and resistant. We are satisfied with the purchase.
