It must be size M. The sizes in the table are correct. The helmet has several adjustments, but if it´s too small it won´t work.

I bought the M however, compared to another one I have Mavic this one is tighter and my perimeter is around 57.5 I think I should have bought the L due to the Mips system try trying it in a store

Hello, I think that the S will be a little tight for you, since it goes up to 56, the M has more room for maneuver. Now aesthetically the S will fit you more and the M will fit more comfortable and a little slimmer. Now the last decision is yours. All the best

I have a circumference of 56 cm and I have both size S (white) and size M (black/red); with the adjustment they both fit perfectly, except that one is a little "tighter" than the other. In this winter period I prefer size M so as to wear a thermal band or balaclava more comfortably. Normally I prefer to wear the S.

Hello, I have a head circumference of 56 and I bought size L because I knew from a test in a German magazine that this helmet comes out very small. The S is completely ruled out for you. Since I always wear something under my helmet, the L is perfect for me, especially if in winter you wear a cold protector underneath, the M may be just right. So choose between M or L depending on the protectors you wear underneath.

I think you are size small. The website for Met Rival seems to say 52 to 56 cm is small and 56 to 58 is medium. I measure 58 and wear a medium. I have a little room and use the twist knob to tighten it a bit. Good luck!
