The tire is very easy to mount tubeless. No compressor or Co2 is needed, a normal floor or foot pump is sufficient. Rolling noises are very quiet, there is a feeling of very low rolling resistance. Visually, the gray side wall makes it an absolute highlight on my gray bike. Absolutely recommended. Delivery to Germany within 4 days, which is also great. And the price is very cheap compared to local shops or other online retailers in Germany.

Vittoria tires are excellent! Because in the Barzo configuration on the front wheel it gives a lot of security when cornering. I've had these for a week, and I'm impressed. They are light and responsive, and roll well. They're also grippier than I expected on wet mud and grass. They replaced Halo Twin Rails which were ok but unreliable, and Rubans that should have been good but always felt sluggish - the Mezcals feel much quicker in comparison. Also, and I cannot tell you enough how happy this makes me, they go on easily. Both my previous tyres were such an effort to get on and off - I had to use a vice on the Rubans! - I don't think I could have done a roadside repair. I'm riding old-school with tubes, and using the tyres for commuting over rough ground. So far they seem perfect.

I have been using this tire for more than 3 years, and it works perfectly for me. Very few punctures and small for the number of kms I have done. I mount it on the rear wheel as due to its low lug and low rolling resistance. For the front wheel I prefer the Vittoria Barzo (a real wonder). To put a downside to this product, I would say that it is spent too quickly (I take three mezcal for a single Barzo)

I already use the Vittoria Mezcal tire on the rear wheel and the Barzo on the front wheel, both 2.25. However, their value in Brazil was making me think about not using it anymore. Very reliable tire, very fast wheel and good grip, dry and perfect compacted soil, wet also go well. I include in wet, Roots and stones, although its appearance does not seem so, it gives a lot of security and traction. Only in a lot of mud and puddles, eye .... this is where you can see that it is a low heel profile.
