Order received in just 4 working days .. the tires seem of excellent quality plus I also paid less for them than on other sites, already mounted on a trekking bike they seem the right compromise for those who make a mix of paved roads and dirt roads .. Advice!

Paid for less than a Chinese plastic one .. Instead mounted and tested, after a couple of months, the tire and 'result, not only beautiful to look at, but has an excellent grip .. very very satisfied.

Outing of about 3 hours 50% road 50% crosscountry 700x40 tire mounted on VTC instead of 700x42 brand decath *** pressure: 5 bars conclusion: the pulls are lighter and it feels the sidewall seems very fragile but with the pressure even in the pebbles and rock no notch On the road: it whistles slightly, it remains well rolling, it grips. In dry "gravel" (packed earth, gravel, loose stones, rocks, roots, etc. on the way around Aix en Provence): Nice grip compared to the decath*** tyres, it holds well and it's surprising... the tire looks like to a thinner MTB tire and small studs. The crampons on the thicker side are effective. Conclusion: I would say a 40% road 60% mountain bike tire, exactly what I was looking for Remains to be seen over time

Judging by the description: (Orbea Gain Hydro 6061 Hydroform Aluminum 2021, ICR cable routing, Forged BB, safety screw, 135x9 QR, Flat Mount disc mount, 700x40 maximun tire) should fit. The merida cyclocross worked for me.
