The Ergon grip with a full size, multi-position bar end for maximum hand positions and increased leverage and stability when climbing or during out of the saddle cycling. Perfect for commuting, touring or for those who like a longer bar end. The bar end angle can be adjusted independently from the angle of the grip for the perfect personal fit and the bar end doubles as a clamp to lock the grip in place and prevent movement while riding. Like all the grips in the GP-Series, the GP5 eliminates numb hands, aching fingers, and tired forearms. The GP5 is made from 100% German, TÜV-certified rubber compounds of the purest quality. Very comfortable. I have problems with hands and these are the only one handlebars that makes me feeling good when pedaling. The "horns " allows you to change the position of hands, a good thing. i am using bicycle daily , with an average of 3000 km /year.

Took me awhile to locate Ergon GP5 Handlebar Grips as they were virtually unavailable in Australia early 2021. Shipping cost from BikeInn reasonable and received approx 10 days after order. Very happy with the purchase. An excellent quality product, good to use, would certainly recommend to others.

I suffer with carpal tunnel, constant numbness while riding my Trek Power Fly. I’m over 50 and put in a lot of miles on my bike. While I love my bike, I struggled with the position of the handlebars, stressing my carpal tunnel. I first purchased the Ergon GP1 grips. These helped, but I sought out something else to vary the hand position. These are absolutely great grips, they allow you to vary your hand positions. I found that I love the more forward position, they make my mountain bike feel more like a road bike, and are much more comfortable. They don’t eliminate the numbness I experience, but they reduces it greatly. Love the grips, don’t hesitate buying these “bull horns” they are fantastic.

The gp5 grips fit the grips perfectly, the surface is tenacious, I haven’t noticed any discomfort yet, everything is very comfortable. The set-up is very easy and fast, you can adjust it right during the rides. The only thing of course is the price))) We will test it on long and daily walks)

I was suffering some numbness and also wanted to be able to adapt my hand positions when riding. Im over 50 on a hybrid flat handlebar. These are superb, they've eased the pain and are brilliant at helping me conquer steep hills and enjoy longer rides, highly recommended. Easy to fit, very solid, easy to tweak to get a nice feel. Top product.

Excellent grips, the hand lies like a glove, the discomfort from long trips is gone. The horns have at least two grips, which is very convenient. In the Dnieper arrived in 7 days.

This grip doesn´t have the "logo" on the side of the barend like for example the gp3 om you site has.I don´t mean the text ergon gp5 but the white logo on the end. Why is the logo missing on this gp5? Does it have anything to do with when it was made and if so when is the gp5 you´re selling from?

Hi, the standard handlebar end mount should work fine, however depending on the mirror itself it could interfere with using the full horn bar extension. These GP5 horns are great. I would buy them and get a Varia radar light to let you know someone or car is behind you. You can always get a glasses mount mirror if you must have a mirror. Hope that helps. Cheers, happy biking
