The best tape I've ever used. The material is a kind of breathable fabric, which doesn't let your hand lose grip when sweaty. The grip in general is very good (I haven't used it in the rain yet, but I believe it will remain good because of the type of material). Maybe just a Supacaz is better, but for the price, this one is much more value for money.

It depends on the frequency of use, for example 5 times a week, around 12 months. I didn´t install it, and I didn´t open the content, I can´t say for sure if they came with plugs... but they are the best tapes I´ve ever used and I´ve been pedaling for 40 years!!
