I bought the front and back of this Gurpil wheel set. Easy fit, and very good quality for the price. In daily use a couple of months now without issue, and not expecting any. They've made my hybrid rebuild look super! I do recommend.

Even with shipping this was the best replacement wheel I could find at this price point (bunding with of a freewheel 700c rear wheel. The back rim is very hard to replace as freewheel rims are hard to come by here, or are exorbitantly priced. Good, fast safe shipping from the Netherlands to Canada. Quality Product. Very satisfied. Now I can build rebuild an older but like new, quality hybrid bike for a reasonable price.

The rim comes with a hub and is suitable for Cassett hg

The rim is for freewheel or freewheel and not for cassette. It doesn´t have a core if that´s what you mean by hub. It is for screw-on freewheel type sprockets as I told you above.

I measured mine and then compared with what is described on trustable websites; all together, it results in an ETRTO = 622. Hope it helps.
