They do the job, the bag itself looks good and protects the wheel. For that price, good purchase. The handle that comes with it is better not to force it, the seam on the handle is very flimsy

I have an edrive. The size is 24 inches and total width with pin is 15 cm. Are these bags suitable for these wheels?

29 is really big and it is perfect for MTB wheel with 2.3 tire. So for road wheel I think 28 should be fine.
