For a long time I was looking for a replacement for my native part from the Rockox Recon RL fork. The original part is very unsuccessful in design and reliability, made of plastic and broke almost immediately when a tree branch get in between it and the cable during rides through the forest. The kit presented here replaced it very well. Made of metal, attaches securely, works great. I recommend it and surprised why the manufacturer does not install just such components immediately from the factory.

Is this item compatible with Reba RL 100mm A7/A8?

Cable guide is universal as it mounts to the top cap of the compression damper (3/8" / 24 mm). As for the locking disc, we can expect the thread to be the same on all Reba RLs, but it is difficult to ensure.

This is only part of the Remote Lock system, if you only replace the switch with this cable holder it will not return to its original position, there must be a spring or several springs that do this. So you have to find some other parts. It´s easier to purchase the RL kit for Judy, which has everything she needs.
