Be careful, in some sizes the shock absorber is only in the Trunnion variant. In my case, unfortunately, I made a mistake - I took 165x45 and it's only Trunnion. I suggest need a label (TR) in the description for this sizes

I bought the 210mm eye to eye and 55mm stroke. I´m not sure if 190x45 is available. I suggest looking at the SRAM/RockShox page first so you can pick the right one on tradeinn. The 190x45 has ref. 00.4118.306.008.

The eye to eye distance needs to be the same as eye to eyes distance on the frame. 230x65 mm will not fit a 190x45 mm. The larger number is the eye to eye distance.

Check the size and time if the shock, it need to match the existing shock. Check the mounting eyes are the same Check the bushing size, recommend buying a new mounting kit
