I've been riding QRings for over 7 years now with more comfort and less fatigue. Time to try QXL rings which are 6% more oval then QRings to see if they work for me.

Installing this Rotor front cover was a piece of cake (use Allen screws on both sides of the nuts). Furthermore, it was not necessary to adjust my derailleur. Also made my first trip (75 km); my leg muscles had little trouble with the oval blade. However, it does feel a bit strange with a high number of revolutions because then I occasionally had the feeling of a 'hole' through which my legs seemed to shoot through. Not annoying, but noticeable.
