Help! Will this tyre fit on a Tern Verge P10 fold-up bike???

While I do not have a Tern bike my understanding is that it has 451 racing wheels and this tyre is for 406 wheels. However there is a Schwalbe 451 tyre if you look on the Schwalbe website for its specifications. Happy riding.
