Joint purchase to an 11v cassette. Little can be said about Shimano. The product is the best there is for value for money... I have just received this derailleur I have not yet put it in place, but I can give my opinion on this model which I already use in short cage, the operation is perfect and precise however it is a little more difficult to remove the rear wheel pull the derailleur backwards while pushing it inward. Very nice Shimano product

Brilliant upgrade...but get 80% of Ultegra's improved shifting, plus lower drive chain friction by just swapping rear mech. Ultegra levers are a purely cosmetic change, and front derailleur offers only a small functional improvement over 105, but the Ultegra rear derailleur upgrade is well worth the cost for serious cyclists. It also allows you to run a 11-34 cassette for serious climbing (although, even with 52/36 front, I've never really even needed the 32 rear). Jockey wheels run smoother than 105s, but if you're chasing marginal gain you can swap these for ceramic aftermarket ones.

This Ultegra 11 speed derailleur will normally work well on the 11speed Cassette from Dura Ace, it is just slightly heavier. Please note: short cage only up to 32 teeth, long cage up to 34 teeth.

You don´t have to look for a change for 10v this is for 11v, keep looking there will be some in 10v.

Not the short or long leg is that it can mount larger cassettes up to 32 teeth or maybe even more, for that development with a short leg it works well, but what you have to look carefully is that it is for the speeds that you have mounted that is essential or 10v or 11v.

Having the same range of speeds yes, what you cannot do is mix components of different speeds if it is 10v then everything in 10v. (Chain, chainrings, controls and cassette).
