optimal solution. shoe toe protection, ventilation. not as fast to put on as the old models. I have XC7 and XC70 models, I don’t see any reason to buy higher than XС3 unless you are walking along the XSO track in the mountains in this model there are no spikes on the toe.

Delivery and low price from Bike Inn were fine. The fit however is odd. Toe box pinches and I had to swap insoles and sox for a decent fit. Love the low weight and the secure adjustment of the boa fastener.

Shoe is very good as advertised, I measured the size of my foot and bought the size as recommended by the site and it worked (my foot is 27cm and I bought 45 EUR / 43BR). I was taxed with import tax by customs at R213.94 + R15 from postal services, but it was still worth buying at bikeinn.

I've had several Shimano shoes and this one is simply the best. Very conformable product, its sole is perfect, not too rigid and not too soft. The design and finish of the product are above expectation.
