Shimano XC3 Wide MTB Shoes have been designed for the most demanding races of mountain biking where you require greater power transmission, effortless, the maximum grip of the pedal, comfort, stability, and durability. This model is inspired by the riders who need a wider last.
These cycling shoes are made with a rubber outsole with XC race pattern and a midsole with reinforced nylon with glass fiber and seamless that promotes stable sensation, excellent energy transfer, and lightness. The SPD system increases control of pedaling in a different style of driving, while the Dynalast Shimano technology reduces effort.
The upper has synthetic leather with perforations that allow greater breathability and thanks to wrapped construction, you will feel better support. These mountain biking boots include the BOA L6 lacing system that fits fast and safely.

Lovely comfortable shoes, the wide fit makes all the difference. Watch out for the sizing as Shimano run on the small side, I’m usually a size 6 but ordered a 7, could have even gone for a 7.5.

I have broad feet and narrow heel and Shimano shoes both MTB shoes for flat pedals and these road shoes fit my feet just right. It's not easy as many cycling shoes are a very precise fit and almost always too tight when feet swell in summer and also too cold in winter as there's not enough space for warm air to be trapped to give some insulation. I'm very pleased with the immediately comfortable fit, as well as the build quality and features for the price. I would buy Shimano footwear again.

First off, the shipping was quick considering I'm on the other side of the Atlantic and I just selected regular shipping. Took only about a week. The shoes look great and appears to be very well made in typical Shimano quality. Excellent value for money and the Boa closure system allows for a great fit. Light weight and just enough stiffness that still allows you to walk comfortably. Highly recommended.

It is the fifth pair of mountain bike shoes I have purchased from the Shimano brand. It has an excellent quality/price ratio and they always deliver. The rubber sole slips very little, the shoes adjust well to the foot, are light and work efficiently and comfortably when pedaling. The closure system is also quite well designed. I am satisfied.

Shimano shoes are one size less, so I recommen 43 or 44 size. I am wearing all shoes 44, but Shimano 45.
