Leg warmers with a magnificent fabric, which adapts perfectly to the leg, my modest opinion is that perhaps they are more for temperatures between 8 and 15 degrees

These are great riding temperature leg warmers. They are not for riding when it's well below freezing. We all have items for those temperatures. These warmers are well made and have a great ankle zipper too. They could be considered 'thin' but if you need something more than these then, ... you need something more. Just wear that other thing. These will work for me down to and just below freezing (i.e., 0C or 32F). I am not a skinny nor am I chubby. I am 185cm (6ft 1in) and weigh about 82 kg or 185 pounds. My other leg warmers were seemingly made for someone with huge legs. These are size appropriate so fit my legs tightly but are still able to be put on or taken off without any irritation. I ordered S/M and am happy. Yes, there are other more technical leg warmers with more, ... oomph and sexiness but that is not what is needed.
