Air temperature +2 celsius, 90% humidity, white frost on the grass, early morning 45km ride. Used it under long Sportful winter tights. No issues, feels comfortable, no soaking in sweat. knee cap didn't freeze. Size M fits well, body height 175 cm, medium build . In the beginning felt a bit tight under knees, but in couple of minutes of cycling they stretched and got normal shape

These are very comfortable leg warmers. They stay put. I use them myself when the temperature drops below 15 degrees. If the temperature rises quickly, they will become too hot. Is sufficiently warm to at least 5 degrees. Below that I have not tested them yet.
