A low stack height, an oversized pedal platform and a carbon blade with 3 tensions settings make this a very comfortable and efficient pedal. I have look keo pedals and decided to buy a pair of TIME and found that TIME pedals are much more comfortable to anchor and unhook and have a larger contact area which makes them more comfortable after hours of riding. This is my second pair, I am going to replace the Look Keo of my bikes with the recommended TIME XPRO
