Great product especially for the price. They adapt perfectly to the pins of flat pedals and make pedaling safe and without loss of control. I bought 1 size up as suggested and they are fine. Keep in mind that the "smooth" sole does not grip the stones if you have to push the bike. Still recommended, I would definitely buy them again

The shoes are good for the price and are robust for flat pedals and mountain biking, however as they are Chinese shoes, buy 43 instead of buying the 41, or buy 45 instead of buying the 43, always buy 2 sizes. above...but I liked the shoes at a very good price and they are well padded...a little warm for summer...
