I think the mudguard will look nice if it can be mounted on the U shape seat tube of your Aeroad. I measure the mudguard mount can accommodate the most up to 4cm x 3cm tube size or alike. Anything larger can be in question.

This fender is made for a round seat post. It should therefore adapt badly to the stem of an AEROAD;

This rear mudguard is very bike friendly. I can use it on my S Work Aethos, Diverge, Trek Demane, Cannondale CAAD and Cinelli Vigorelli without issue. I don´t see why this mudguard cannot be used on Canyon Aeroad even though Aeroad has a low seat-stay design. Not only shifting the mounting point up and down, one can also tilt the angle up and down. Worth trying.
