The SunRace Cassette MZ800 sprocket is an ideal sprocket for my needs. I can put it on my muscle bike as well as on my enduro e-bike. It has an ideal gear ratio. I prefer this tooth combination to other brands.

No. In any case, it would be compatible with a 12-speed Xt M8100 derailleur. The Xt M8000 is an 11-speed.
