Good price but I am still awaiting delivery after 2 weeks and confusing messages from Royal Mail and very difficult to contact either party to see what the problem is. Update: customer service involved and eventually received full refund as itme returned to sender. Seems like a problem with royal mail and delivery address, I guess just one of those things but a shame as tried to get delivery corrected.

Bought Tufo Thundero HD 44mm tyres Delivered quickly to UK at a price I couldn't match in the UK. Tyres installed tubeless relatively easily (I use tyre callipers to mount them) and fully mounted on hookless rims (27 mm internal width) on the third attempt using a soapy spray. Went flat after first time overnight and held second time. Road today and fantastic.

I always make shop at Bike Inn, but the purchase 72477725 was a shame. I bought a specialized selim romin and received another product, definitely false and from other brand. When I bought I was traveling trough Europe and now I am in Brazil, my home. I want to send back the purchase but Bike Inn is obliging me to pay all courrier expenses, that costs much more than the false selim. I sent photos and everything that is possible as a costumer.

The order went smoothly again. Thanks. A few words about the product. I had a slight fear about the 806V S3 capable photochromic lenses those will not be enough dark compare with my old sportstyle 113 but it surprisingly brought the same level in sunlight. What surprised me is the minor blueish tint in "dark mode" which I did not expect from a smoke lense. I got more natural warm level from the 113. Maybe this is because of the variomatic lenses and light conditions I do not know. This is my first met with this technology. Maybe the contrast is better in 806v a little bit. Overall I like the sharpness, contrast and the fotochromic feature. The dark-light-dark transient speed is ok for me. (I expected not too much at this price level).

The shipments take quite some time, but I can live with that considering that the prices are very competitive. Also, I bought a bicycle pump that broke after a month or so and they handled that really well. I opened a ticket, explained what was wrong and uploaded some pictures. A few days later I got my money back without even having to return the pump. Yes, the customer service is handled by an AI bit but that's normal nowadays and their AI is far better than most of the similar bots I've had to deal with.

I suspected the original product description details were incorrect. I raised through chat which repeated incorrect details (size & weight of product). Navigated website to raise queries with staff member who returned my email confirming the details described were incorrect & confirmed the actual size & weight to be as my query. Once clarified I ordered & am pleased with product.

I'm not fully satisfied - my concern is that delivery date on Your side was between 2.-3. of September 2026 and I received parcel on 8th of September. This caused big problem for me and I had to buy another casette by local shop (much more expensive) on 3rd of September.

Shipping to the UK is hassle free and very prompt and I am kept informed of the progress with tracking information. Overall an excellent on-line shopping experience that I have no hesitation in recommending.

I have been ordering from BikeInn since 2018 and from SnowInn since 2014. I’ve never had an issue with the ordering process or deliveries, and being a UK customer, they have somehow made the transition after the UK left the EU seamless (many other EU companies I previously used have stopped shipping to the UK). Pricing always competitive on new items, and on discontinued items they often have new old stock that no one else holds (and not just in extreme sizes). Recommended.

Excellent price and service from Bikienn, cannot fault them, pity they were let down by Royal Mail which took longer to deliver it to my home 609 miles from where parcel landed in UK than couriers took to transport it 1600 miles from Spain to Heathrow. They then posted that the parcel would be delivered Friday, and it wasn’t delivered until Saturday and stayed in Chelmsford sorting office for nearly 2 days. However, pleased with service from BikeInn.

bikeINN - 4 out of 5 Delivery took 7 days to arrive which is about 2-3 days later than expected. Shopping experience is good, however it is lacking in several areas : 1. stock for certain items 2. certain socks brands are simply not available. 3. lack of stock for larger wearable sizes. 4. not enough filtering options. 5. sizing is not accurate for certain items. 6. sizing guides not easily accessible or visible. App only access to account. Account not accessible from browser side.
