Train indoor cycling

You have two main options to continue training from home and in one of them you can do it with your road bike.

The stationary bike  is ideal for strength training since it is a hybrid between cycling and fitness but it may be a bit monotonous if you do not have and electronic option. Although for us the best option is to train on a roller since you use your usual bicycle, it has a pedaling similar to road shooting, you control the power and incline.
