The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Payment by BLIK worked brilliantly. The order was delivered within a week, even though it was shipped abroad — I’m absolutely delighted! The parcel was carefully packed, and I received a notification at every stage of the delivery, which gave me a real sense of security throughout the transaction. The delivery travelled more than 2,000 km without any problems. :) The item was exactly as described. I sincerely recommend this seller. :) Thank you!

Thorough, speedy response and good value. Thank you. Sadly, you were let down by your courier. The packaging was badly damaged and the item was just left on our doorstep without even ringing the bell. Luckily we found it before someone else did.

App experience is a 3 star at best. Slow, semi-responsive, quirky, poor filtering, low availability and so-so stock. Product description sometimes lacking accuracy and wholeness. Order fullfillment, promptitude and packaging are all high standard altough not the highest. Would order again if app experience improves.

Ordering and delivery were excellent but the fit is slightly too tight so I know the next size will be too big. Love the shoes but wished I didn't have to order on line as better to try them first. If I send them back then I am going to be penalised both ways on postage which isn't cheap. Probably will not buy on-line again for that reason.
